This post is to inspire you to keep going. To not let “you’re too short” get to you. The modeling industry is becoming more and more diverse as time goes by, so always remember that a “no” today, does not mean a “no” tomorrow. I’m talking from experience.

Here is a list I created of petite models who are signed to top modeling agencies. This goes to show that when you have “it”, it doesn’t matter if you’re under 5’9’’.

Before you start going through the list, I want to point out that some of these models might have a taller height listed on their agency’s website. If I listed that a model has a different height, it is because they have publicly shared it.

1. Aliana King:

2. Anja Konstantinova:

Anja is 5’4’’ and represented by Premier Model Management.

3. Tia Jonsson:

Tia is 5’5’’ and is represented by Silent Models.

4. Liana Maria:

Liana is 5’4’’ and is represented by Next Models.

5. Hannah Mussette:

Hannah is 5’5’’ and is represented by Red Model Management.

6. Aisha Potter:

Aisha is 5’4’’ and is represented by Wilhelmina Models.

7. Valentina Cytrynowicz aka Valentina:

Valentina is 5’5 1/2’’ and represented by Ford Models.

8. Tiffany Alexandra:

Tiffany is 5’6 1/2’’ and is represented by Next Models.

9. Zoe Elyse:

Zoe is 5’2’’ and is represented by Wilhelmina Models.

Update: She is not in their website anymore, so she might not be with them anymore.

10. Alex Rzyan:

11. Halima Aden:

Halima is 5’5 1/2’’ and is represented by IMG.

Update: In 2020 Halima announced that she decided to quit the fashion industry and left IMG.

Taija is 4’11’’ and is represented by Wilhelmina Models.

17. Danielle Gray:

Danielle is 5’4’’ and signed to Wilhelmina.

18. Haejin Lee:

Haejin is 5’4’’ and is represented by Wilhelmina.

19. Jaychelle Yamanoha:

Jaychelle is 5’2’’ and she is signed to Supreme Management and Storm Management.

20. Fiona Barron:

Fiona is 5’3’’ and represented by Select Models.

21. Marilyn Melo:

Marilyn is 5’4’’ and signed to Wilhelmina.

22. Tara Martin:

Tara is 5’3’’ and represented by Wilhelmina and Select Models.

23. Inka Williams:

I know this might not be a crazy amount of names for some, but the industry has changed a lot just in the past 3 years. When I first started researching petite models, about 5-6 years ago, I could only find Anja Konstantinova and two other models who were related to famous people. The industry has a long way to go but this is proof that is changing and will continue to diversify-- and these are top modeling agencies! There are way more boutique agencies open to shorter models.
